A rebate for Osteopathic treatment is available under the Medicare EPC programme with a GP referral (see Osteopathy & Medicare tab). All WorkSafe and DVA patients are directly bulk billed. A phone app is available for all TAC patients to claim their rebate at the time of treatment.
For private patients, Osteopathy is recognised by all major Health Funds under its ancillary cover. The Clinic has both EFTPOS and HICAPS available, which allows patients with private health insurance to instantly claim back part of their fee at the time of consultation.
Concession fees are available for patients on a permanent Disability Pension, those with a Centrelink Concession Healthcare card and for all children and students aged 18 years and under. Patients are requested to arrange payment at the time of each consultation, however an account can be arranged if necessary. Please speak to either the receptionist or your treating Osteopath if you are having problems affording treatment.
